Framed Prints
Each framed piece includes a 2" mat plus a 0.75" wood frame. The dimensions listed include the complete framed size—what you'll actually hang on your wall.
Unframed Prints
Come with a 0.5" white border around the image to make future framing easy and professional-looking.

When Will It Arrive?
Since each piece is custom-made for you, please allow 10-12 business days from order to delivery. This includes up to 10 days for production plus standard shipping time.
Need it by a specific date? Just reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Wayfinder piece. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right by sending a replacement for:
- Shipping damage - Your print arrived damaged during transit
- Wrong order - You received the incorrect product or size (please include your order number and a photo)
- Print quality issues - Misprinting, misalignment, fading, blurriness, or other visible defects
Our Process
Since each piece is custom-made to order, we don't keep inventory on hand. Without order insurance, we can't offer full refunds, but we absolutely want you to have a perfect print.
Just email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. Keep, donate, or toss the damaged piece—we'll rush you a replacement at no charge.
