Returns and Replacements

Our Quality Guarantee

We want you to love your artwork. If something isn't right, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery.

We'll replace your print if:

  • It arrives damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong product or size
  • There's a printing defect (misalignment, fading, or blurring)

Simply email us at aloha@thehawaiivacationguide.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Custom Orders

Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns due to a change of preference. We recommend reviewing sizes carefully before ordering—our size guide can help you choose the perfect fit for your space.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are printed and framed within 10 business days. Most arrive at your door within 10-12 business days of ordering, though shipping times may vary by location and season.
